Sandwich Production Worker
POSITION SPECIFICS
Reports To: Sandwich Production Worker
FLSA Status: Hourly
ROLE
SUMMARY
This is an entry level position. A Sandwich Production Worker will be expected to work in any number of different positions such as the bread assembly line; sandwich assembly line, and as a kitchen helper.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Making sandwiches
- Wrapping and labeling sandwiches
- Packaging sandwiches
- Making boxes, carton machine loader, palletizer
- Able to work in a repetitive, high speed, and low temperature work environment
- Able to maintain production rates
- Understands and complies too all company GMP Food Safety Policies and Procedures particularly those related to working in the different production areas
- Understands and maintains expected quality levels
- Understands and complies too all company safety policies

Environment is in a cold temperature food manufacturing plant.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
- Ability to lift 35 lbs.
- Ability to push and/or pull bread carts
- Be able to work in a high speed cold work environment
- Be able to maintain production rates and quality standards
