Key Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, install, set, and seal glass for residential applications.
Install and repair windows, doors, shower doors, bathroom glass, and other glazing systems.
Handle, transport, and position glass safely while minimizing the risk of damage.
Install and work with frames, hardware, seals, and related glazing components.
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Read and follow work orders, measurements, specifications, and basic drawings.
Inspect completed work to ensure proper fit, alignment, sealing, and overall finish.
Troubleshoot installation issues and determine appropriate solutions.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding project status and installation requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce quality workmanship.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
