💡 About the Role
We believe creators will be one of Ray’s most powerful growth channels and we’re looking for someone to help us build that from scratch. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll own the early development of our creator and ambassador program. You’ll source and engage creators, build relationships, and help shape what this channel looks like as we scale. This is a highly hands-on role with real ownership. You’re not executing a playbook—you’ll work closely with the Founder and Head of Marketing to actually build that playbook.
🎯 What You’ll Do
- Source and identify creators who align with Ray’s brand and audience
- Lead and drive outreach—pitching Ray and building authentic relationships with creators who want to grow with Ray and use it in their daily lives
- Manage the full lifecycle: onboarding, content coordination, and ongoing engagement alongside the Head of Marketing
- Work with the marketing team to help define what a “great” Ray creator partnership looks like and what a successful relationship is
- Track performance and iterate on how we approach creators

- You’re a savvy salesperson who knows how to pitch and win
- Highly organized and proactive. You can manage multiple conversations and partnerships at once
- Good judgment—you understand brand fit and what makes a creator valuable
- Scrappy and resourceful—you’re excited to build something from zero
Bonus:
- Experience with influencer or community marketing
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or creator ecosystems
- Background working in the digital app / tech space
⏱️ Commitment
~10 hours per week to start
Flexible, remote-friendly with occasional team syncs. 1x day per week in person with the team at our HQ in Central Square
💰 Compensation
$30–35/hour depending on experience
Opportunity to expand into a larger role as the program grows
