We’re growing quickly and looking for an Assistant Buyer who’s excited to bring strong buying skills and a hands-on attitude to RAY. You’ll report directly to our Co-Founder, Emma, work across the business, and see the impact of your work firsthand.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain and update buy summaries, purchase orders, and other buying records.
- Track orders, deliveries, and key dates, following up to keep the team informed and on schedule.
- Assist with markdowns, assortment reviews, and sales and inventory reporting.
- Work closely with the Co-Founder and teams across the business to support day-to-day priorities.
- Spot gaps, solve problems, and improve processes as we grow.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of buying or merchandising experience at an established fashion e-commerce company.
- Hands-on experience with buy summaries, purchase orders, and markdown processes.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving priorities.
- The confidence to work independently, anticipate needs, and take ownership of follow-through.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and help wherever the team needs you.
- A genuine passion for fashion and the ambition to grow with RAY.
