• What You Will Be Doing
  You will wrap, protect, load, and unload household goods like a professional.
  You will move fast without sacrificing care or quality.
  You will work directly with customers and represent Ray the Mover the right way.
  You will communicate with your crew and solve problems in real time.
  You will take ownership of the job from start to finish.

• What We Expect From You
  You bring a strong work ethic and high energy.
  You are physically capable of demanding work.
  You show up on time and do what you say you will do.
  You have a positive attitude and are coachable.
  You are comfortable working face to face with customers.
  A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
  Experience helps. Hustle matters more.
  
  If you are willing to learn, work hard, and take responsibility, we will teach you the rest.

• Pay and Schedule
  $20 to $25 per hour, plus tips
  Performance-based raises and advancement
  Bonuses for last-minute jobs
  Flexible scheduling, 3 to 5 days per week, Monday through Saturday
  Unlimited time off for people who handle their business
