What You’ll Do:
As an Automotive Guest Representative, you’ll be the face of our dealership and a trusted guide for our customers.
- Assist customers in finding vehicles that match their lifestyle, needs, and budget
- Stay up to date on new vehicle models and features
- Conduct engaging test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
- Utilize your sales skills to meet and exceed dealership sales goals
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to deliver a seamless experience

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs
- Confidence and professionalism to create a positive first impression
- Knowledge of vehicles, financing options, and the sales process (or willingness to learn!)
