Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative, located in Hammond, IN. The responsibilities include developing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires frequent interaction with clients and active participation in generating sales growth while representing GW Murphy, INC.’s professional values.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and drive growth in the territory.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities and monitor market trends.
- Present and promote products/services to meet customer needs.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Track sales activities and report performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
Experience:
- Sales experience, preferably managing a territory.
- Knowledge of the company’s industry and offerings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for managing accounts.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred
