Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumber Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional plumbing services across residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites.
• Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and schematics to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently.
• Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore proper flow.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate installation and repairs aligned with construction plans.
• Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify potential problems before they escalate; perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects or new builds; assist with carpentry, assembly, or HVAC integration when required.
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and safety regulations; document procedures and complete detailed reports for each project.
• Utilize plumbing inspection cameras for diagnostics in hard-to-reach areas; perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on-site.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and future maintenance needs.

Requirements

• Proven plumbing service experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial settings.
• Proficiency in soldering, pipe threading, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and mechanical knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with drain cleaning equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, power tools, hand tools, and heavy lifting techniques.
• Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installation and repair; ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong understanding of water systems, and waste systems
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations; .
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces; willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• 3-5 year plumbing service experience
• No working weekends
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to complete jobs

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
