What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts - Stroud Ford position at Ray Price Motor Imports Inc?
The Ray Price Dealerships are growing and looking to add team members to our Parts department in Stroud Ford!
What You’ll Do:
- Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for the service department
- Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock
- Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department and collision repair shop
- Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping
- Referring to parts manuals (both hard copy and electronic format) to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced.
What You’ll Need:
- Previous Parts Counter experience is a Plus
- Computer proficiency - you'll be trained on the dealership computer system
- Team-oriented mindset, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) submitted prior to employment start date
- All potential employees must pass a pre-employment testing including a background check
