Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, editing, and collaboration
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments or meetings for staff or clients
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software, including basic invoicing and expense tracking
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors
- Handle administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and organizing files to maintain an efficient workflow
- Support office management activities to improve overall operational efficiency
Experience
- Previous office experience or clerical work preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Google Workspace tools
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent typing speed and data entry skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour
