What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Charge Bookkeeper position at Ray Machine Inc?
A leader in the manufacture of Precision Machined and Fabricated metal products is seeking an experienced full charge bookkeeper with a strong accounting background for its Baltimore County facility.
Duties to include: accounts receivable (invoicing and cash receipts), accounts payable (processing and check issue), payroll processing thru Paychex, journal entries, preparation of financial statements, and human resources (health insurance, disability, workers comp, 401k etc.)
Must have strong computer skills including Excel and Word and be able to interact with all levels of management, employees, suppliers and customers.
Established in 1953 and located in Middle River, convenient to the MARC train station and adjacent to the Maryland National Guard facility, our 35,000 square foot facility provides machined and fabricated metal parts to many Fortune 500 companies in the aerospace and defense industry.
