What are the responsibilities and job description for the Estimator position at Ray Machine Inc?
A leader in the manufacture of Precision Machined and Fabricated metal products is seeking an experienced estimator for its Baltimore County facility. Experience in the field of metals manufacturing a plus. This is a fast paced environment, with quote turnarounds in less that 5 working days.
Duties include: Estimating setup and run times across a variety of manufacturing processes and obtaining outside costs for raw materials, hardware and subcontracted processes. Costs are entered and pricing is generated through Epicor 10.2.600
Must have strong computer skills including Excel and Word and be able to interact with all levels of management, employees, suppliers and customers.
Established in 1953 and located in Middle River, convenient to the MARC train station and adjacent to the Maryland National Guard facility, our 35,000 square foot facility provides machined and fabricated metal parts to many Fortune 500 companies in the aerospace and defense industry.
