Heavy Equipment Operator

Up to $2,000 sign on bonus for qualified applicants.

Ray Labbe & Sons is seeking an experienced and motivated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. We are a family owned and operated sitework construction company that has been providing the greater Mid-Coast area of Maine with quality services and products since 1955. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid vacations, holidays, and sick time. In addition we provide a retirement plan with company contribution and employee health, vision, dental, short term disability, and life insurance. As well as a yearly boot allowance.

Description
Proficient in light or heavy commercial projects. Should have experience operating various excavation equipment and knowledge to operate in a safe and competent manner. Must have a willingness to perform various other necessary tasks and be able to work in an unsupervised area. Should also have good skills in working with the public. We are a progressive company dedicated to providing opportunities and security for our employees.

We focus on working in the greater Mid-Coast Maine area which allows all our employees to return home in the evenings. Traveling which requires overnight stays in not anticipated. Wages commensurate with experience.

Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of equipment operation. Must be a dependable and motivated individual who works well with the general public and can work on your own. You also must have a willingness to represent the company in a safe and professional manner. Resumes are appreciated but not mandatory.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
