Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing repairs and installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Conduct general facilities maintenance and painting
- Supervise or assist in supervising maintenance projects and team members as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs efficiently and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience in plumbing, facilities maintenance, or related trades
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer interaction
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in painting is advantageous

- A truck is required for reliable transportation between work sites
- This position does require travel within a 15-mile radius, and eligible for mileage reimbursement.
