- Execute advanced carpentry installations, rough framing, structural plastering, drywall finishing, acoustical ceilings, and EIFS.
- Enforce rigorous quality control checkpoints to guarantee all active craftsmanship complies with regional building codes.
- Oversee comprehensive site safety protocols, executing direct compliance with OSHA and corporate guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) equivalent, or higher level of academic achievement.
- Minimum of 7 years of verified, hands-on experience operating within the carpentry and structural construction sector.
- Proven history serving as a construction crew leader, field foreman, or structural supervisor.
- Complete technical capability to read, modify, and evaluate complex architectural drawings and plans.
- Valid driver's license necessary to coordinate mobile transit and travel between regional project locations.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced specialized knowledge in commercial Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS) and plastering.
