Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Write detailed service orders, accurately estimating repair costs using estimating software and automotive diagnostics tools
- Communicate effectively with customers about recommended repairs, maintenance options, and additional services such as oil changes, tire service, brake repair, suspension work, or transmission issues
- Upsell appropriate services by highlighting benefits and explaining technical details in an accessible manner
- Coordinate with service technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work
- Manage cash handling processes and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote ongoing client relationships
