We are looking for a customer-focused automotive sales professional who has a strong understanding of the MINI brand, a passion for its distinctive vehicles, and a proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
As a Motoring Advisor, you will guide customers through the entire purchasing journey, from the initial greeting and vehicle presentation to negotiation, delivery, and ongoing follow-up. You will use your MINI dealership product knowledge and sales expertise to build lasting relationships, earn customer loyalty, and drive repeat and referral business.
Previous MINI dealership sales experience is REQUIRED. Candidates must have hands-on experience selling MINI vehicles and a thorough understanding of the brand, its models, features, and customer base.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of MINI models, features, technology, performance, options, and customization.
- Conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives tailored to each customer's needs.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and initial contact through negotiation, closing, delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers before, during, and after the sale.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to generate repeat business, referrals, and long-term brand loyalty.
- Follow up promptly on showroom traffic, internet leads, phone inquiries, and prospective buyers.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to support dealership success.
- Mandatory: Previous hands-on MINI dealership sales experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MINI vehicles, model lineups, features, and the MINI customer experience.
- Proven automotive sales skills, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- A strong track record of customer follow-up, relationship building, and referral generation.
- A motivated, professional, results-driven attitude and commitment to teamwork.
- Proficiency with email, internet sales tools, and customer relationship management systems.
- Reynolds & Reynolds or other dealership management system experience is a plus..
