Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of showrooms, service areas, customer lounges, offices, restrooms, and common areas.
- Clean floors, windows, furniture, and high-touch surfaces daily.
- Empty trash and recycling containers throughout the dealership.
- Maintain the exterior of the property, including sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, and landscaped areas.
- Perform light maintenance duties such as changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, minor painting, and basic repairs.
- Monitor building conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
- Set up and clean up for dealership meetings and special events.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Previous custodial, janitorial, facilities, or maintenance experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
