Role Description On-site role based in Morris/Essex, NJ. We're looking for a coach to help run practices and support during games for one of our travel teams. Works alongside staff and travels for tournaments as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Coaching Baseball, with experience teaching fundamentals, strategy, and game awareness.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with players, families, and staff in a clear, respectful, and constructive manner.
- Prior experience coaching is highly beneficial.
- Ability to lead by example, promote teamwork, and uphold the club’s values and standards.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel for practices, games, and tournaments.
- Relevant coaching certifications and/or playing experience at the high school, collegiate, or professional level are a plus.
