Job Purpose
Supports the residential living units by providing regular and ongoing leadership and instruction to the crisis support and float teams, managing emergency safety interventions, de-escalating youth, stabilizing residents, and promoting a therapeutic culture aligned with treatment goals and strategies.
Essential Functions
- Provide leadership and oversight to crisis support and float staff
- Carry out residential emergency safety plans and support care for dysregulated youth
- Respond to and manage emergency interventions
- Collaborate with teams on treatment plans
- Complete and ensure accurate documentation per licensing requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred
- 4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to respond to crisis situations and maintain composure
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical interventions as necessary
Working Conditions
- This role may require occasional lifting, standing, and travel as needed for job-related activities
