Responsibilities
- Train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
- Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
- Carry out the vision of the business to set us apart
- Monitor day-to-day to make sure all aspects of the business are handled
- Handle returns to vendors
- Assist in overall management of business
- Bring new and innovative ways to grow the business to the table
- Participate in off site events to help grow the business and actively work to partner with like local businesses
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a store manager or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
