Raw Rations Pet Food & Wellness in Sauk City, WI is looking for a brand manager to join our team. We are located on 759 Phillips Blvd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. This position is responsible for the overall brand which includes oversight of Marketing/Advertising, Social Media, Event Planning/Coordination, and New Brands/Items as well as seasonal planning. This is a full time position with full benefits. We are looking for someone who is the right fit for the position and are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly social media calendar
- Manage 1-4 employees (shared responsibility)
- Create and manage social media posts, ad campaigns, google, etc
- Create and Carry out marketing and advertising strategy
- Plan and coordinate events throughout the year
- Research new brands and keep up on trends to keep retail product fresh
- Order seasonal product/coordinate seasonal promos
- Meet with brand reps
- Oversee customer service experience for website and social media

Qualifications
- Previous marketing, advertising, or like experience
- Managerial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to plan, strategize, and manage a budget
