About The Role
The Truck Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods from our co-manufacturer in Temple, TX to our warehouse facility in Belton, TX. This role plays a critical part in supporting our wholesale fulfillment operations by ensuring on-time deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
This position focuses on route execution, cargo handling, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.

About The Role
The Truck Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods from our co-manufacturer in Temple, TX to our warehouse facility in Belton, TX. This role plays a critical part in supporting our wholesale fulfillment operations by ensuring on-time deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
This position focuses on route execution, cargo handling, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with all DOT regulations and company policies.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods from our co-manufacturer in Temple, TX to our warehouse facility in Belton, TX
- Load, secure, and unload cargo in accordance with weight limits and safety standards
- Follow the designated route between Temple, TX and Belton, TX, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery of goods
- Inspect vehicle before and after each trip and complete required pre/post-trip reports
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, manifests, and documentation in compliance with DOT regulations
- Communicate proactively with dispatch and operations team regarding delays or issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned vehicle
- Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to a supervisor immediately
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A or CDL-B) required
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical loading/unloading tasks
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-facing demeanor
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings, including a background check and drug screening, where applicable.
