Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, warm calling, networking, and targeted marketing efforts to expand the customer base.
• Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored software or technology solutions.
• Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable deal closing while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze pipeline performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical or software sales within a corporate or enterprise setting, demonstrating success in closing high-value deals.
