Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior Media Buyer to join our team on-site in Miami, FL. In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta ad campaigns across a portfolio of charter school clients, owning the highest-stakes accounts in our book of business. Responsibilities include developing and implementing multi-account media strategies, managing six-figure monthly ad budgets, launching and iterating creative at a weekly cadence, analyzing campaign performance against CPL and enrollment targets, and reporting results to internal leadership and client stakeholders. You will mentor junior media buyers, set the performance standard for the department, and collaborate closely with our VP of Paid Media, content team, and AI/automation lead to ensure every campaign is aligned with client enrollment goals and agency-wide growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 7 years of hands-on experience in Media Buying, Media Planning, and Media Strategy, with deep expertise in Meta Ads (CBO campaigns, lead forms, audience configuration, advanced performance analysis)
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-account lead generation campaigns and driving cost per lead down month over month
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating media performance, diagnosing underperformance, and optimizing campaigns at the account, ad set, and creative level
- Excellent communication skills for internal collaboration, client-facing reporting, and cross-functional alignment with creative and strategy teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-budget campaigns simultaneously within strict performance and budget constraints
- AI-native operator with daily use of Claude or comparable LLMs; experience with n8n, Make, or similar automation platforms is highly preferred
- Experience working with cutting-edge media channels, attribution tools, and analytics platforms
- Leadership experience mentoring or managing junior media buyers is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in lead generation, education marketing, or high-volume agency environments is highly preferred
