Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food, beverages, cocktails, spirits, and wine with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Strong knowledge of beverage service, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink presentation techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest relations
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
Pay: $15.00 per hour
