Job Description:
- Create and manage purchase orders to meet inventory and repair requirements
- Resolve purchase order discrepancies and source reliable vendors for goods and services
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries; update inventory management software accordingly
- Maintain optimal stock levels by establishing and monitoring minimum/maximum thresholds for consumables and repairables
- Coordinate closely with the Supply Lead to support timely procurement for scheduled maintenance activities
- Conduct physical inventory cycle counts and ensure system accuracy
- Procure tooling, support equipment, and materials necessary for ongoing aircraft maintenance
- Maintain calibrated tooling and equipment in a ready-to-use state
- Handle local delivery and pickup of repaired components
- Prepare and manage outbound shipments efficiently
- Ensure advance ordering of supplies to support uninterrupted facility operations
- Oversee and maintain inventory control programs and software systems
