This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role located in Compton, CA. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing IT professionals for various technical roles. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating compelling job postings, conducting candidate outreach, maintaining applicant databases, and coordinating the recruitment process. You will actively contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.
- Experience with talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of technical recruitment, including familiarity with IT roles and required technical skills
- Excellent communication, interview, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently
- Empathy, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in IT recruitment or staffing is an advantage
