Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of client and clinical digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product strategy, roadmap management, Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.

This role will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Architecture, Operations, and business stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes. The Product Manager will share accountability with Engineering leadership for successful product delivery and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product vision, strategy, roadmap, and evolving customer needs.
• Lead backlog refinement sessions, define and review user stories, and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Architecture, and Operations teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
• Support product testing, deployment, release planning, and post-release activities.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user behavior data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Define, track, and communicate product KPIs and OKRs aligned with business goals.
• Present product demonstrations and updates to business stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for feature delivery and cross-functional coordination.
• Translate business objectives and customer insights into actionable product requirements and roadmap initiatives.
• Partner with Product Leadership, Customer Experience, and UX teams to ensure customer-centric product development.
• Drive alignment across teams and stakeholders while managing competing priorities and ambiguity.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Product Management for digital products or platforms.
• 5 years of experience working within Agile/Scrum product development environments.
• 5 years of experience translating business and customer needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and feature development.
• 3 years of experience leveraging product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making (A/B testing, analytics tools, etc.).
• 3 years of experience presenting to stakeholders, managing priorities, and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong product strategy, execution, and delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead product initiatives from concept through launch and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing consumer-facing digital products and customer experiences.
• Familiarity with AI-powered platforms, products, or emerging technologies.
• Experience working in highly regulated or complex enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment in ambiguous situations.
• Expertise in data analysis, product metrics, and outcome-based product management.
• Previous management consulting experience.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary product, engineering, design, and business teams.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Equivalent combination of relevant experience, specialized training, or professional certifications will be considered.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a true Product Manager who has owned product strategy, roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, and product outcomes. Candidates whose backgrounds are primarily Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Business Analyst without Product Management ownership should not be submitted.
