Responsibilities:
- Participates in the preparation and serving of food.
- Participates in cleaning the kitchen and related areas.
- Performs sanitation procedures.
- Operates a point of sale computer register and makes change.
- Counts money and completes daily sales reports.
- Inspects all equipment in the cafeteria area to ensure it is in safe, working condition, and notifies the head cook when repairs are needed.
- Maintains records on food and supplies received and used.
- Maintains accurate production records conforming to federal/department guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director or Head Cook.
- Compensation: Per Food Service Contract
