The Customer Service Representative at Ravenhill Studio is responsible for working with our Sales team to enhance our customers’ experience with upcoming, past, and prospective orders. The right person for this role will be a detail-oriented brand ambassador who thrives helping people get answers to their questions.
Through a holistic understanding of our clients and their needs, the Customer Service Representative helps the Sales team hit our monthly targets by providing superior customer support, working across Studio departments to answer questions and proactively address issues. This person has a deep understanding of our products, our story, and the functions of all Studio departments.
This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing and works closely to support Sales Account Managers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides exceptional proactive customer service, demonstrating endless patience, an extreme willingness to help, and a love for problem solving.
- Processes lower value retail and trade orders, recording any trade transactions in Salesforce and flagging for Account Managers.
- Troubleshoots order issues and order returns by serving as the go-between with the Sales team, clients, and our production team, including obtaining information from other departments as needed to answer order-related questions.
- Manages Calendly, voicemail, and contact@ on behalf of the Sales Team, forwarding pertinent follow-up requests to the right Sales Team members.
- Documents all customer interactions in Salesforce, including logging client interactions and updating customer contact information.
- Responsible for rolling out product and pricing updates to Dropship partners and works with marketing to send cultivation emails. Confirms updates are made by Dropship partners in a timely manner.
- Helps build new lead lists, identifying and vetting prospective clients, for use in Sales Account Manager outreach.
- Facilitates Studio tours and showroom visits with clients.
- Supports sales and marketing event production such as client dinners, workshops, shows, sample sales, and other events.
- Supports the Sales Team’s travel plans, meetings, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of high-end customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a customer service/customer success environment (i.e. exceptional bedside manners)
- Natural ability to build rapport and create customer relationships.
- Superb organizational skills and systems thinking.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Workspace, QuickBooks and Slack
- Creative problem solver with the ability to switch between tasks quickly and respond to multiple forms of incoming requests.

COMPENSATION:
This position would begin on January 12th at a base salary of $58,000-$60,000.
