SOLAR SALES REPRESENTATIVE POSITION:
Full Job Description
Raven Solar Services, established in 2017, and veteran owned & operated, is
seeking to employ an effective advertising sales representative with solid
working knowledge of home solar systems and/or at least 2 years of
demonstrated success in sales and customer service who will promote our
services to the widest number of people.
Customer Acquisition:
* Experience in the solar industry is a must.
*Identifying customer needs and tailoring a solution. For example:
-Critter guard protection
-Service contracts
-Panel upgrades
*Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations to service and trade
groups (ex: real estate/realtors) on the value of inspecting systems and keeping them in top condition.
*Presenting advertising solutions through both traditional and online media (ex:
business cards, door hangers, social media, Google Reviews, Yelp)
*Researching competitor’s advertising services, products, and prices.
*Provide customers with cost estimates of the products or services required.
*Managing follow up calls for service and completed jobs, addressing customer
service issues and escalating concerns to management as appropriate.
*Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
*Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.
*Provide support to the field as needed

*Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Proven experience working as an advertising
sales representative.
*Communication and Persuasion: Strong verbal and written communication skills,
ability to persuade and influence customers.
*Negotiation and Closing Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts, securing deals,
and closing sales.
*Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with past and
potential customers to encourage goodwill, good referrals.
*Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs, identify
solutions, and overcome objections.
*Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively,
prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full time, will consider part-time with an established schedule each week
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
