Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, including face to face retail marketing and sales within a retail environment.
- Assess the marketing needs of the customer to recommend the best solution.
- Increase marketing and sales for the client and the company to ensure goals are met.
- Competitive disposition with a drive to continuously achieve personal sales objectives, is a must
- Excel in a team environment
- Place customer service first and exceed shopper's expectations
- Using your desire to advance, support the daily efforts of Store Management
- Demonstrate attention to detail and safety awareness

Job Requirements:
- Some marketing, sales or customer service related experience or relevant college coursework preferred but not required
- Ability to interface with new and existing customers and marketing teams to increase customer exposure to products and services.
