PART TIME- PERMANENT
A well-established service company is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager / Accounting Assistant to support daily office operations, customer scheduling, and light bookkeeping functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction, scheduling coordination, and hands-on administrative and accounting support.
Accounting & Administrative Support
· Create and send customer invoices for service calls and completed work
· Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Perform basic account reconciliations (bank, credit card, customer accounts)
· Maintain accurate financial records and timely data entry
· Work with the company's CPA by providing documentation for tax and year-end processes
Office & Customer Support
· Manage the scheduling of all service-related appointments with customers
· Call existing customers to confirm services and provide appointment reminders
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to scheduling, billing, and general service questions
· Maintain organized office operations and manage office supply inventory
Qualifications
· Prior experience in office management and accounting support specifically in AP/AR
· QuickBooks experience required
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard office systems
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Dependable, proactive, and customer-focused
· Willing to pitch in wherever needed in a small business environment
