Raven & Co. Salon is seeking a motivated, experienced Waxing Specialist who’s eager to grow and take pride in their craft. We’re looking for someone who’s professional, proactive, and passionate about client care. What We’re Looking For: * Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist (Michigan). * Go-getter attitude — no victim mentality. * Active on social media and helps promote services. * Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace. * Engages with clients professionally and provides excellent aftercare education. * Comfortable recommending retail products. * Flexible and open to change — new waxes, aftercare, and ongoing education. Details: * Part-time with room to grow. * Hourly pay commission (whichever is higher). * Schedule flexibility required (some evenings).
