We're looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our growing team in Green Bay, WI! In this role, you'll spend approximately 90% of your time TIG welding aluminum, working on precision fabrication projects that demand craftsmanship, attention to detail, and pride in quality work.

We provide hands-on training to help you grow — but we're looking for candidates who already bring at least 6 months of recent, hands-on TIG welding experience and a clear understanding of aluminum welding fundamentals.

What You'll Do
- Perform precision TIG welding, with a primary focus on aluminum fabrication (~90% of work), along with other alloys as needed
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, weld symbols, and processing charts to meet exact customer specifications
- Verify weld locations, dimensions, and specifications before and during welding operations
- Inspect components and completed welds for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications
- Identify and properly document any non-conforming materials or workmanship
- Communicate quality, production, or fabrication concerns to team members and leadership
- Maintain welding equipment, tools, and your work area in clean, safe, working condition
- Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and ISO 9001 quality procedures
- Accurately record job times, production data, and specifications for reporting and audits
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
Required:
- At least 6 months of recent, hands-on TIG welding experience, with a clear understanding of aluminum welding
- Basic understanding of welding processes and fabrication practices
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing/fabrication environment
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shift on-site
Preferred (not required — we'll train!):
- 5 years recent TIG welding experience, especially with aluminum
- Technical degree/certificate in Welding or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience reading blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
- Experience in an ISO-controlled manufacturing environment
Physical Requirements
- Standing and working for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and positioning as needed for welding tasks
- Continuous use of hands and arms to operate welding equipment and handle materials
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and position materials and fabricated components
- Sufficient visual acuity and hand-eye coordination for precision welding and inspection
- Ability to work safely while wearing required welding PPE
