What are the responsibilities and job description for the Organizational Development Coordinator position at Rave Financial Credit Union?
Role:
Responsible for supporting, developing and/or implementing programs that align the workforce with key business strategies and initiatives. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the application of individual and group training techniques to ensure they are consistent with the Credit Union's organizational priorities and provide an effective and efficient resource for the organization. Share knowledge and support the learning and development of individuals through team-building sessions, management and leadership training, coaching and support. Responsible for large and small group dynamic training on a variety of topics relevant to organizational needs, may be presented in-person, via Zoom or via other channels.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience
Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.
Education
(1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Other Skills
1. Must possess excellent communication, leadership, and staff development skills. 2. Must be able to operate Rave provided computer software and business equipment including telephone, slide, film, overhead projector, and other related training aids. 3. Professionalism in appearance, dress, and attitude is a must. 4. Must be experienced in presenting in-person and via video conferencing. 5. Able to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities. 6. Ability to work as a member of a team and embrace the credit union philosophy and the credit union mission, vision, and core values. 7.Preferred experience with video editing
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time. Some lifting and bending.
