Infant/Toddler Teacher – Nurture the Earliest Years That Matter Most

What You’ll Love About This Role
Schedule:
- 40 hours/week
- Monday–Friday
- Year-round position
Compensation:
- $18.76/hour (base)
- $201.14/hour with CDA (we help you earn this!)
- $22.46/hour with AA degree
- $24.78/hour with BA degree

What You’ll Do
This role blends intentional teaching with responsive caregiving—creating a safe, nurturing, and developmentally rich environment for infants and toddlers.
- Create a warm, home-like environment where children feel safe, seen, and supported
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and routines
- Observe, assess, and document children’s growth and development
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families through home visits and ongoing communication
- Support family goals through individualized partnership planning
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with your team and community partners to support whole-child development
What We’re Looking For
- Experience caring for young children in a childcare or early learning setting
- CDA (Infant/Toddler) or willingness to obtain within 1 year (we support and pay for this!)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
- A genuine passion for nurturing early development and supporting families
(Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.)

Important Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage with infants/toddlers throughout the day
- Maintain required certifications (CPR/First Aid—provided)
- Meet health and safety requirements (including immunizations)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
