- Essential Functions
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data on industry trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to support strategic decision-making.
- Compile insights into presentations or reports for internal teams.
- Support the commercial team with customer communications, quote preparation, order entry, and CRM data maintenance.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics and customer feedback.
- Help manage and update customer accounts and contact databases.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of pricing documents, customer proposals, and contract summaries and vendor PowerPoint.
- Support the commercial team during negotiations by preparing documentation and conducting financial comparisons and customer visits.
- Participate in cross-functional projects involving product launches, promotional campaigns, or customer onboarding.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research. Work within the CRM.
- Interface with marketing, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to gain broad exposure to the business.
- Participate in team meetings, offering insights from a fresh perspective.
- Attend training sessions, shadow commercial leaders, and complete assigned development activities.
- Stay informed on industry news, market trends, and internal product updates.
- Work with customer service checking daily bookings, Metaviewer and day to day tasks.

- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and ask questions when clarification is needed
- Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience:
- No experience required.
- Licenses / Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license – required
- Language:
- Proficiency in English required
- Bi-Lingual – Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
