- Support plant operations and departmental projects as assigned.
- Assist with documentation, data collection, project coordination, and general support tasks across various departments.
- Participate in learning assignments and job shadowing opportunities related to plant operations, business functions, and manufacturing processes.
- Communicate progress, ask questions, and maintain a professional approach to all assigned tasks.
- Follow all Ravago safety practices, rules, policies, and confidentiality expectations.
- Execute assignments in an accurate, timely, and safe manner.
- Finalize the scope of the final project within the first month of employment.
- Complete the final project no later than one week prior to the end of the internship while continuing to perform daily assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Deliver an oral presentation and a written presentation or summary for the final internship project.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of plant operations and business needs.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn in a hands-on plant and engineering setting.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to develop and deliver a professional oral and written presentation
- Basic mathematical skills with the ability to perform routine calculations, interpret dimensions and measurements, and work with numerical information in support of engineering, project, and plant-related assignments.
- Education: Current enrollment in a degree program preferred.
- Experience: Prior internship, project, shop, plant, or technical experience is a plus, but not required.
- Other Requirements: Must be able to work on site and function effectively in both office and manufacturing environments.

- The intern may be required to walk the production floor, observe operations, and wear required personal protective equipment.

- Ravago will provide a company laptop for use during the internship, subject to company policy and return requirements.
- For purposes of the final internship project presentation, interns may be permitted to use a company-provided laptop and PowerPoint in a conference room setting, subject to company policy, equipment availability, and approval by the program facilitator.
- Ravago will not provide housing, transportation, Paid Time Off (PTO), or a company cell phone.
