Purpose
The AP Coordinator-Disbursement is responsible for the timely settlement of payments to suppliers and vendors. This position is responsible for reconciling vendor statement and determining invoice statuses to facilitate the closure of any. This individual must be a self-starter, well organized, thrive in a team environment, and able to identify and follow through with improvement suggestions. The AP Coordinator-Disbursement will have direct contact with senior-level management, including Vice Presidents and General Managers, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
- Area of Focus (In order of percentage of time spent on activity, importance and/or priority)
- Prepare and schedule timely disbursements.
- Ensure accurate communication with vendor regarding remittance information.
- Ensure vendor discount opportunities are capitalized on payments.
- Prepare vendor statement reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate vendor payment information.
- Assist in year-end audit process.
- Additional special projects as assigned.

- Education:
- Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
- Experience:
- Two or more years of experience in IT support, desktop support, field services, or end-user computing.
- Licenses / Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license – required
- Language:
- Proficiency in English required
