Production Technician/Operator
Shift: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, Monday - Friday
The Production Technician/Operator is responsible for maintaining and meeting all production goals as well as productivity. Their primary objective is to achieve complete customer satisfaction through production value and employee effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain adherence to packaging instructions for proper pack out completion.
- Assist in the cleaning of equipment and departmental cleaning procedures.
- Assemble boxes and other required packages.
- Contribute to warehouse, production, and rail yard sanitation efforts.
- Participate in floor loads and restacking projects.
- Assist with box/super sack to bulk truck repacks.
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Three months or more of related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read and understand documents such as work orders, packaging requests, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
