We are seeking an entreprenurial minded SVP of Finance & Accounting/CFO Level Professional to lead the finance function of an established, multi-location/state consumer services organization based in Milwaukee, WI.
Your responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategy, improve profitability, and support business growth.
- Oversee accounting, FP&A, financial reporting, and internal controls across the division.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and performance analysis.
- Evaluate capital investments and strategic initiatives through financial modeling and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership on financial governance, risk management, and business priorities.
- Lead and develop finance teams, driving accountability, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- 5 years of senior leadership experience, including oversight of financial operations, operational performance, and strategic business partnering.
- Strong background in multi-unit or multi-location businesses, ideally within hospitality, retail, entertainment, or consumer services.
- Experience leading finance functions within a larger corporate or publicly traded organization.
- Strong expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, US GAAP, capital planning, and executive business partnering.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work on-site in the Greater Milwaukee area.
