Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager-Media (Media & Affidavits), the Specialist- Affidavits is responsible for daily tasks that are instrumental in the operational goals of the Media and Affidavit Team. The Media and Affidavit Team facilitates preparation, requests, and storage of various fundamental underlying and supporting documentation involved in the life of a legal account.

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7am – 4pm with flexibility to meet business needs.

- Executes assigned processes, such as preparing affidavits, organizes physical/electronic files, answers email correspondence, and communicates process issues that are critical to the success of other departments.
- Scans, Copies, prints, and redacts legal documents.
- Recommends improvements to operational processes.
- Creates and maintains process and procedural documentation.
- Handles client data securely and in a timely fashion per our client work standards.
- Trains other team members to maintain standards and follow documented procedures.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products is required.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Results -driven and customer-focused.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work assignments.
- Must possess an active notary.
- Must have a high school diploma (or GED).
- 1-3 years of experience and a familiarity with legal terminology, preferred.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Frequently required to talk or hear, and use hand to type, handle, or touch objects.
- Regularly required to stand and walk, and may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

Salary : $15 - $17
