This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Des Plaines, IL. The Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating project teams, managing resources, monitoring progress, addressing project risks, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, the Project Manager will oversee tasks related to expediting, inspections, and logistics coordination.
- Proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely procurement and delivery
- Knowledge of Inspection procedures and standards for construction projects
- Strong skills in Logistics Management to oversee project supply chain and resource distribution
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience in infrastructure, heavy civil works, or marine construction is a plus
