Junior Engineer

RAUCH, Inc. is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Easton Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants hands-on experience with land development, stormwater management, and site design while working alongside experienced engineers, surveyors, environmental professionals, and construction specialists.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with civil engineering design for land development and site projects

· Prepare stormwater management, grading, erosion and sediment control plans

· Assist with site layouts, utility design, drainage calculations, and permitting

· Prepare and review engineering plans, details, and technical documents

· Coordinate with surveyors, environmental staff, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies

· Perform field visits and assist with construction-related activities as needed

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

· 0 to 3 years of civil engineering experience preferred

· Familiarity with AutoCAD/Civil 3D preferred, Carlson & Excel

· Interest in stormwater management and land development

· Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills

· EIT certification or interest in pursuing professional licensure preferred

SALARY & BENEFITS:

· Salary range of $52,000-$80,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
