Job Skills / Requirements
The Early Intervention Therapist – Occupational Therapist provides therapeutic and support services to young children with developmental delays. This role focuses on enhancing children's developmental skills, supporting families through education and counseling, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The Specialist evaluates and implements individualized treatment plans, tracks progress, maintains detailed records, and supports program coordination, including oversight of student internships. Duties are performed primarily in natural environments and require significant physical activity, strict adherence to safety standards, and effective communication with families and staff.
Education Requirements (Any)
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 6 months of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
