Job Requirements
Minimum of 5 years experience as a licensed professional architect preferred.
B.S. degree in Architecture or similar field preferred
Proficiency in drafting
Good communication skills
Detail oriented
Ability to follow directions and work in a team setting
Ability to read and understand building and site plans
Proficient with computers and problem solving
Experience with AutoCad, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
Experience with Adobe Creative Suites, MS Project Scheduling a plus
Experience with cost estimating a plus
Responsibilities
Work will generally encompass all aspects of architectural design on a variety of projects including commercial, industrial, and residential buildings
Preparation of construction documents (including plans, sections, and detaildrawings)using AutoCAD and Revit
Understanding of construction documents and how plan sets are assembled
Basic understanding and experience in construction means, methods, and materials
Basic understanding of building code and life safety
Graphic design layout and presentation
Ability to work within a team setting and community/collaborate with other disciplines within the firm (i.e. - engineering and survey)
Adhere to appropriate industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices

Salary range of $80,000-$100,000 per year (comm
