The Role:
- Dive into law cases, managing legal documents, billing, and client communications.
- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare filings and ensure seamless case management.
- Optimize processes and proactively solve problems to keep our cases on track.
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- repare legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Manage case files and deadlines
- Assist attorneys with client communication and case strategy
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence
- Utilize legal software and databases to efficiently manage casework
What You Bring:
- Experience: Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience | 3–5 years as a paralegal (family law is a plus)
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and Clio (or the eagerness to master it quickly).
- Soft Skills: Impeccable attention to detail, initiative, and strong interpersonal skills.
