- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office and MS Project
- Self motivated
- Maintain project budget and schedule
- Good communicator with clients and design team
- Will be heavily involved in preconstruction and client relationship building
- Involved with key decision making

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in construction project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
